    On the Lotto Spot App

Use the app to check draw-based, scratch and sports tickets from the WCLC region to see if they are winners!

If you purchased a draw-based game ticket on the app:

Step 1: Log in to your account.

Step 2: Go to your account by tapping the icon at the top right of your screen and select "My Tickets".

Step 3: Select the ticket from the desired draw date and find out automatically if you've won.

If you purchased your draw-based, scratch or sports ticket at a retailer:

Step 1: Download and open the Lotto Spot app.

Step 2: Tap the "Scan" icon at the bottom of your screen.

Step 3: Scan the barcode at the bottom of your ticket or under the latex of scratch tickets.

If the barcode at the bottom of your ticket is misprinted, the ticket scanner will not recognize it.

The Lotto Spot app also allows you to:

Use the Ticket Checker at your local Lotto Spot Retailer!

Step 1: Wait for the message, "CHECK YOUR TICKETS HERE".

Step 2: Insert the bar code under the red light - the bar code is located at the bottom of the ticket or under the latex in the play area for Zing (SCRATCH 'N WIN).

Step 3: Move the bar code slowly through the light, until you hear a BEEP. Prize information will then appear on the screen.

You can also check your tickets with one of these methods.

    3. Get it back!

All tickets checked at retail are returned to you, along with the Validation Slip. Retailers are no longer required to tear tickets after they pay a prize.

When you have your ticket checked at a lottery retailer, they will first check to see if your name is on the ticket. The clerk will then scan your ticket.
